Strategy & Relaunch

Supporting Indivumed on their website relaunch meant contributing to something truly meaningful — helping a brand in cancer research communicate a mission with real impact.

The Challenge
As the organization evolved to a partner-oriented research company, the website needed to reflect this strategic shift. Key goals included repositioning the brand to support business development, building trust with potential partners, and creating space for meaningful dialogue. At the same time, the brand story had to inspire without overwhelming with technical detail — while also motivating internal stakeholders to take pride in the brand and represent it with confidence.

The Approach.
We took a structured, user-centered approach — combining brand strategy, UX thinking, and technical execution in close partnership with the client:

  • Conducted a UX audit to evaluate the existing site experience

  • Ran a competitor and market analysis to uncover positioning opportunities

  • Held expert interviews and developed personas to align with key audiences

  • Restructured site navigation based on the Customer Decision Journey

  • Developed wireframes and interactive prototypes to guide design decisions

  • Led the rebranding effort through a complete website relaunch

  • Built a modular design system for consistency and future scalability

  • Migrated content to Storyblok for improved content flexibility

  • Delivered a set of social media assets to extend the brand across channels

The Result
The new website reflects the brand’s bold, clear, and trustworthy identity, while the homepage builds awareness through a compelling, partner-centered brand story.
A prominently featured product pipeline highlights upcoming innovations and promotes transparency. The dedicated partner area fosters collaboration and mutual growth. Most importantly, the organization now expresses a renewed sense of pride in what it has built — and where it’s headed.

What made this project truly special was the close collaboration between a team of freelancers and the Indivumed´s brand marketing team.

As UX/UI Designer and Project Lead, I had the privilege of designing and guiding this transformation from strategy to final launch.
